Hey there, I'm Jennifer Peevey. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the Panhandle of Texas. When I am not working, you can find me with my family and friends, preferably outside in the water and under the sun!
I am so excited that you have found my website. After spending 18 years in the public school system as an elementary teacher and a K-12 school counselor, I am now doing my counseling in the private sector. I am honored to have the opportunity to help people and be a part of their mental health journey.
Pain and life struggles come with being human and having a heartbeat. I love helping people get to the root of any unhelpful behaviors or life patterns that might be holding them back from living the life they are desiring. Moving forward from the past and living a mindful present and to look forward to the future is my goal for each and every client.
Pain is a part of life, and so is hope.
My Therapy Practice
I have offices in Shamrock and Amarillo, Texas. I am also currently accepting new clients for online therapy sessions for TEXAS residents ONLY. Don't let your mental health needs go unmet due to any quarantine restrictions.

My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customize your treatment. My treatment modes include: Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing, Schema Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Yoga, Meditation, and Yoga Nidra.
